After the consolidation, the ratio of 30 to 1 implies 66M shares outstanding, not the current 2 billion. And the stock price would trade at 33 cents from the current 1.1 cent.
This means the stock would no longer be considered a penny stock, and will be much more difficult for individuals to manipulate the stock price.
If you currently hold 10 million units, after the consolidation, you would have 333,000 units.
