Inflation could quite easily run higher again and
interest rates push higher for longer.
I except debt markets to tighten and it to be
harder and more expensive to roll over debt
when it comes due.
I think in this environment most commercial
property is overvalued and I would expect a
fairly large correction once transactions take
place.
It’s up to people to invest their money how
they see fit but it is common to see people
in these forums investing with blinkers on.
