5-7 years to cash. First you have to do the studies and design. You have to finance the thing (deal, what deal...?), then you have to build the thing, then financiers want to be derisked frist. I am very genereous to assume any cash from a j/v in that time frame. That is why I think an upfront sale of the project is much better case for shareholders than j/v, provided the money doesn't get stuck in CLA.
