This is a dog stock, if they did nothing in 10 years, why would they do anything now?
1st thing of Hotcopper - Never take advise from an illiterate person. Major red flag! - Especially when throwing terms around like "Dog Stock".
Secondly - You may want to research the copper price chart from 10 years ago to now. Then further research around copper demand etc.
