Yep, I thought the same. I had a productive chat with LAIA about a trip to Barcelona, including exchange rates, language options, connections to Greece via a scenic rail. To be honest, it was amazing. One problem I noticed is that, when I hit the button to record my question, she would start talking over the top of me asking if there was anything else I needed, and it made it difficult to record my question properly. At one point I had 3 attempts to get the question out until she told me that she was having problems understanding my question. It seemed that every time I click the button to record, she would start talking! They definitely need to look at that issue. Otherwise, I thought it was amazing and it will only get better with more learning and exposure. I run a software as a service business and I can see us in the future integrating something like this. It will take the pressure off our support team and allow them the capacity to undertake more proactive client support and training. I think this is going to be very popular.
