Very interesting set up here and for me, timing is crucial. I have completed a property deal which took my savings and reduced my share portfolio, so I sold a fair few in Feb. I now own the property and have set up an equity release loan to take back out the funds I needed to contribute.
I will have the funds this week to buy, question is what, when and how much of each do i take? DRE will certainly be getting some.
