How do you know its not fair value if you dont know the reasons why the BOD, senior management and large holding shareholders all agree with the deal. What knowledge do they have to make them agree to the deal?How do you put yourself in this position to vocally vote "No", when you dont have the knowledge to make a decison. I dont expect you to answer any more but I do question your vocal support for a no deal when you havent bothered to ask key questions and get answers.
