That would be nice .... nailed a forward order for Pulse.
However, "After taking into account potential market conditions " says to me they are having to give up a little more than hoped.
Could be exchange rate movements as well.
In the scheme of things though, let's just get this away with A$20M in the bank ( including extra's for Roth Capital if they want them ) and get the PULSE show on the road. This cloak of enforced silence is getting tiresome !
