    MMM a 1:4 @ .023, preferably plus a free Renounceable (listed and tradeable) Option, say, exercisable @ .04 in 12 months, would attract, and get, that $5million inc costs. Plus a free $9 million + in 12 months if they deliver.
    You'd need a 1:4 @ .026 to get very close to $6million.
