it'll probably resume its decline in a few days. the bid wasnt a serious one, otherwise we would've seen a scheme of arrangement. non binding one
LTR is largely above its offer of 2.50, but it has resources and producing shortly.
The market cap is bloated 60% share- given its not producing for several years
