Regal is still selling everyday through Citi they've sold 7 million shares since this last top 20, so are to around 32 million to go . Regal has become Chinese water torture , think I preferred when they just brutally dumped .
Really Regal's sell order is the only order in the market this month, hence the relentless move lower, otherwise just traders buying and selling for pips
