When the CEO told us he would be pursuing new SP highs at the 2020 AGM at 4.0c he was entirely wrong
It never hit the 2014 high of 28c nor the 2015 high of 19c
it hit 16c but settled at 14c when he did his lower CR yet again at 11.0c
and ever since its been CR after CR after CR with more promises more promises unfulfilled & more drilling more drilling that add barely anything 5% to the current JORC.
He appears unaccountable for his promises & the BOD do nothing either.
The BOD and CEO are not acting in the best interests of the shareholders imho with these ill timed unnecessary dilution & high salaries ad infinitum.
especially to those of us who are averaging 11.0c (its now 2.0c)
Unless they recover the SP over 11.0c its time to -
Sack the CEO & the BOD imho.
