without the "CR / CR / CR's " - it would be in administration by now.........
the prob is that it requires a bunch of $$$$ to restart, and the "blending of ores" requires them to be delineated.
hence its a call option over Ni prices, with the "premium" being the funds reqd to do the drilling / stay in buss / and then to execute the call - one has to pay for restart.
i sincerely hope that "G" is incorrect!
