No as most of the time they can’t be bothered putting much effort into a retail investors query as they’re pretty much regarded and treated as bottom feeders in this end of the market. I learnt once it’s a waste of time as I posed a question to a different company and my broker from a big 4 broking firm posed a very similar question on his companies letter head and the reply’s were very different. I think most of these CEO spend 90% of there time trying to convince broking firms to underwrite there next capital raising and provide a supply of sophisticated investors to support there next placement as it’s not very often you see them in the field getting photos beside a drilling rig or in the lab analysing results. Maybe the words NETWORKING as it seems a pretty good gig getting a start on the board of a publicly listed asx spec company. A lot of you scratch my back and I scratch yours goes on, as a large majority of them are simply lifestyle companies for the directors with little to no regard for shareholders or creating shareholders wealth.
