AJA was very tempted to buy this week when saw it base at 32c. rose strongly to 35c. glad I didnt. today heavy falls. japanese holdings and a different economy.
cer is similar today. slight rise and tempting but US real estate?
VPG on the other hand. Aussie assets and may see it consolidate and rise. debt is the killer for these REITS. been waiting and waiting for them to base.
prefer stocks holding cash like mre and jml.
wish I knew though.
