It would be a great add on to a much better name in the marketplace in a logical financial link up that adds value. Pretty simple if you can apply this to a world market. The other large investors in SPT would just enjoy the upside. Other small shareholders would not do so well and get diluted.

Thank you Tina, the trouble I have is that I am unable to identify the valuable portion. I think Splitit has marketed itself very well, as best as it could in the past several years, but the use of it is dependent upon merchants paying for it, which IMO is why it has not taken off and has little chance. I may be wrong.
