Lets await the evidence and lets await the rule of law - I am led to believe that Trump has power to declassify. Biden does not, nor has he the right to hold them and therefore I think the point the poster is making is that there appears to be a refusal to pursue that case, regardless that a special council has been appointed. The general public have a grievance over the apparent rules for one and different rules for the other - it's difficult to argue against that
