Have held a lot of these for quite awhile now & I really believe this is the last time they will struggle around 13-15c.
It is at that stage now where investors that have a reward/risk policy that is somewhere between a spec stock & a sure thing get on board.
Many of the major risks have been ticked off now attracting the value investors as opposed to momentum traders imo. SLR, OGC, AVO being cases in point here. The larger registry of RED unfortunately makes sp progress slower.
