There would be no reason to take such a large security over a relative small term transaction, I would be wanting security over the business / business assets upto the limit of the funding offered. These large companies have been around for a long time and will continue to do so. There would be alot of red tape for potential customers to jump through prior to us signing them up and offering terms etc.

We just need to start doing something in this space.

The other issue is that we are broke and cannot access a stupid DW that we waited months and months for. I certainly hope that Adrian is actively negotiating both better terms for the existing DW and looking at other options in access additional funds to getting better DW terms elsewhere.
