That JORC report we've been waiting on is just around the corner. Hamish has been hanging on for 42 mil tonnes before giving market update (From John MPW).

Why would he do this

I choose to believe that (initial) Life of Mine may somehow be tied in with (initial) Take off agreement. Therefore I would be pretty comfortable in saying that along with the Updated JORC, we may well see in the next short while an offtake agreement or at least offtake partner announcement. And who knows much like continental Coal maybe the partner will stump up the development cash

Add to this the NZ government having to back down on its mining in conservation zones balanced with it clear signal and desire that it wants more mining royalties/tax revenues then projects like ours that are already in mined areas are taking good allbeit inferred steps to full approval. I did receive an email from Hamish this week that confirmed there is no effect from this debate.
