funding announcement will help but guaranteed it will have no money up front and certainly no money to fund the ZG mine. That little disaster costs a million $$ a quarter and even the company says that wont stop until next year hopefully.

So money for the ZG bottomless pit needs to be found along with the corporate overhead. CR will have to happen early next quarter to avoid the problems of last year when they left themselves with 12K in the bank.

Capital raise will be at 1 cent. No one is going to give these guys money at anything more. would you??

hopefully there will be a SP push up on the finance news to allow us out. Unfortunately it will then be a repeat of last year with heavy sell downs back to 1.1 and then the CR at 1 cent with masses of options.

mmmm didn't they send back $10 million cash at 1.8 cents last year? what a bunch of geniuses.
