Yeah... but I doubt very much that SH have been able to digest the announcement and what This may mean for future value. People see the $US50mio and the US0.2 price per new unit, but there is more to it... the preference distribution is probably the easiest one to value. But then how about voting rights? the definition is convoluted and I have no idea whether Thi sis standard. The way I understand it is that it is based on hypothetical liquidation. And if such value is low enough, the current SH gets nothing. So I tend to think that SH will have no say whatsoever in the future trajectory of the company, and could even be diluted many times over going forward.
