I called 29c a great buy previously(not at the time as i was in self imposed exile). Now at 31.5c???? Your thoughts.

If it goes to 29c i might have to sell some blue chips and go shopping in my favourite downtown Japanese shopping centre. Lol

Wow it was soooooo peaceful before in here.
Snowie what did you post previously ie Japanese valuations on another property group? stronger weren't they. So why are we sliding Osaka drinking to much saki. Rents still being paid are they not.
Seems this share is always clouded in uncertainty but keeps on paying tha rent (hehe haha)...!!!!
USA now seeing upbeat earnings results. This will progress into increased employment. Leading to increased spending by tha peoples. Leading to more imports back into the USA. Good for exporters like Japan. Time frame is the key obviously. Just remember Wall St is suppose to be a leading indicator to Main St.
So when Mr Market starts ignoring the negative news and moves up we are in line with the future and ignoring the present. Which is Mr Markets real Job.
