It states on market however no such volumes seen on market - therefore after close shares being shifted around? 13 million shares out of Sprott - SAM (Sprott Asset Management) to another entity external to SAM. One can hope it is complete now and Sprott can get on with their usual pumping of SVM - coverage and impressive SP targets.
On significant events as RIO arrival - these type of funds/insto's evaluate their structure and shift holdings for future gains/tax breaks etc which will be seemingly imminent and of scale.
