re: Ann: Preliminary Update on Property Reval... I'm still around and enjoy the to/fro of posts here. I wonder if the office portfolio is still impacted by that empty building "Kokusai Nihombashi". It's likely that this would contribute zero revenue but still have to service the outstanding loan on it, dragging down the office portfolio.
Will wait for more details, specifically their distribution guidance for the next year. if as some posters here say, that debt reduction isn't on the cards and will wait for improving property revals, and maintaining the dividends, then we should see the SP stabilise.
