IO holding really well and as you said the fall in the AUD expands earnings. It helps keeps costs down as well. May also add a bit to the final dividend as more AUD will be available for a fixed amount of USD converted.
other factors which are positive for IO are the stock levels at ports at a 3 year low according to mysteel and SMM. Blast furnace operational rates are high and are above 90%. It’s just bizarre how the mkt punishes IO sticks when the AUD falls even if IO doesn’t.
