Infrastructure development in northern Quebec will be fast tracked to meet the rapidly developing lithium projects in the region. No government is going to leave these new multi-billion dollar assets stranded just for the sake of a new road and power line. In places like Canada, there's always a collective response to the problems of the moment. Deals get done, jobs get created and the bitumen gets laid. But I think you're being disingenuous at best - a dead weight on those with vision and animal spirits.
