AP did say that horizontal drilling would triple production rates, so that's 2250bopd with horizontal drilled at right angles to fractures.
He seems to imply that resource figures should be exciting given the size of the reservoirs. A very robust side project to the main game deeper reservoirs.
I will add that the Amistad play is quite standard with onshore developments. This is a long term type play which will have a steady production profile. Would be interesting too see how this pans out, whether artificial lift or a pump is more practical and how forward plans look with well designs. Also whether the Cuban government requests heavy over light oil development early on given the state of the energy infrastructure and self sufficiency.
