I suspect Craig and co have little choice here. Market macro picture looks very shaky. They need to get this money in ASAP to progress and the biggest risk is it is pulled last minute. To be honest, if the product is as good as is made out to be I will take the money to keep progress moving. Little choice here IMO. and US investors will rerate the stock very quickly. Expect a slew of announcements post the raise. Us ASX minnows should ok if we just have patience.
