That is very interesting. I used to sit on the executive of a business that was minority owned by Viburnum. One of their employees was/is the chairman of the business.
Their normal method is to have influence, so I suspect they would continue to expand their position to ensure they receive at least one board seat.
They have had successful investments, but have a very broad portfolio. To my knowledge, they aren't 'traders' they buy with a medium to long term investment cycle.
Gives me hope that they see value here, as I was very impressed by the outfit when I was exposed to them.
