You can’t compare the values between studies, more the trend. Cardigan 1 has lower p values so you’d look at those results to get a better idea of the way it should behave in the general population. The effect in Cardigan 2 is still statistically significant, but you can see they put more people in the treatment group than the control, so arguably it won’t be as well powered to detect the change or effect, and the slightly higher p values support that, I think. Stats geeks jump in if this is wrong.
