Nowhere near top spot in manipulation. There are those so bad ASIC finally finds out about and acts on.
Those often enough have bikes doing the manipulating and making offers people can't refuse. Anyway we haven't seen the real B/S in the markets wait till the Cu price gets North of USD $5.5/lb. A bit like the shenanigans in Li.
