I'm only speculating, but if they "had" something, I would have thought it would be out already. I can't see any reason to release on "timing". If the deal is in the making, then they should release it as soon as it is finalised. This deal is way overdue and there are a lot of shareholders impatiently waiting for it.

I will be very interested to see how "significantly better for shareholders" this long overdue JV announcement is, that is only progressing "satisfactorily"
