The Secretary of Mining and Energy, Romina Sassarini, accompanied by the general coordinator of said agency, Juan José Martínez, presented before Deputies the fundamental pillars of the bill that seeks to modify article 34 of Law No. 7141. Currently, the procedure for the presentation of mining IIAyS, including their periodic renewals, entails a complex flow of referrals between the Mining Court and the Ministry of Mining and Energy, which slows down the evaluation of the reports.
