Under the Westphalia international law system which is the foundation of UN system, Australia is a sovereign nation with no disputed land. Under natural law system Australia is an occupied territory with no treaty signed for transfer yet.
Under both Westphalia and natural law system Gaza Strip and West Bank are occupied territories by Israel, and the recency is quite close.
