Your posts sometimes impress me however I would be more impressed, in awe even, if you checked facts.
PB have most certainly made commitments to a long term WA presence. Just because you don't know about it does not mean it is not so. I suggest you start by looking at University partnerships.
As for WK's opinion that PB "are a muddled lot", I have worked directly with PB and find them no more muddled than any other large oiler.
