They have had plenty of time and cash for that . Waiting untilSP is at its lowest Hmmmm. Is there good stuff at BP33???. Yes CR’s are inevitably required but the timing of this has been a blow for retail SH. Corrupt??Think a lot of SH have made their minds up on that .Very poorly handled by BOD .
