In reality the 20 cents USD 31 cents AUD is the issuance price of the shares in the new private entity which has no relationship to SPT being shut down. Except perhaps SPT holders will need 3 shares at the current SP to purchase 1 new private co. share, although SPT is likely to soon plummet to only a few cents, which will make it a lot worse for holders.

As you say, the presence of the Motive CR means that Messrs Waislitz and Musa will be automatically entitled to all of their entitlements: vis a vis all 3 tranches totalling an estimated 200 million shares between 4 and 6.5 cents.

This is corporate gangbanging at its worst. Nobody comes out of this alive other than the perpetrators and you're lying down and letting them tickle your tummies.
