It just seems that Paul Burton and SRN are a match made in heaven. AS you say his deep vanadium experience is invaluable. Burton seems to have developed a fantastic solution with a deep pocketed partner that wants to process on home soil for country development purposes and SRN wants to process overseas in a lower power cost location.
I can only see huge positives in this well thought out proposal.
