Yup after all capital commitments.. at least $100m buffer.. if Spod prices holds above US$3k maybe quite a lot more.
they mention heaps of potential and mention 60% you growth on resource.. and increase exploration and testing budget.. but no news.. telling me mineralationion extention suddenly stopped . The whole thing does make any sense.
CR underwriters determine risk on offer price.. so they can up with the hefty discount. Question is whether it will go below 40 cents.. which is very possible or stay above.. underwriters take the risk
