This is a big contact award for Byrnecut.
They are one of the biggest underground contractors in the world. Certainly have come a long way from the early contract at at New Celebration (near Kalgoorlie) and Redeemer (near Leinster).
They will bring their A team to site. Probably end up filling at least half of the Dragonfly village, when in full operation.
Byrnecut has a modern fleet of Jumbos, Boggers, Trucks already. To need to spend 125m on new gear will be because Liontown has specified they provide EV capable machinery. Expect a heap of charging stations at the surface Go bay.
Liontown and Byrnecut are a great fit.
