Were the current directors not elected or reelected at some point via shareholder vote? Was there a strong demonstration of shareholder discontent at these elections?

The CEO is strongly backing the current board, for better or worse, and suggests that current recruitment of key appointments is in question.How does this action assure an improved commercial outcome without causing significant distraction and loss of momentum?

While it is important to focus on long term success, care needs to be taken not to put ourselves on the back foot by not adequately taking advantage of the short term opportunity to dominate our market.
