I predicted the price rises in housing, I never faltered or swayed.....I went against the trend....there were some other posters who agreed with me....but they have long gone...got sick to death of the constant bickering, being called an agent or whatever... but then again I am not paid for my view, unlike all the journo's and economists etc who have been calling for a drop after the boom.... just a property investor with a long term time frame...take my investment in property very seriously, and spend more than enough time on research, and looking after my bricks and mortar investments... it pays off, very well...specifically the huge capital growth that sits there, simmering in the background....with compound growth at 10% or so each year...I dont have to sell, to take advantage of it...just go to the bank and make a withdrawel, ie increase the loan if cash is required, every 5 years or so... the house value goes up, as the loan goes down...its magic
