no they haven't ....can't have a vote administereds by soldiers ...in a war .... by the invader ....with a good part of the terriory not being polled because it's still under Ukrainian control ....then there were the ethnoc Ukrainians forced OUT of the territory by the russian advance
these things I know don't trouble you ....they DO trouble the world ....Belarus - Syria - Nicaragua - N Korea .......the only countries in the whole world willing to recognose the legitimacy of the annexation vote .
