Could it be a combo of things?
I think for AGY in particular, there was hope they were going to have an offtake agreement sorted ages ago, which I assume locks in a certain price? I also assume, that with falling lithium prices that the current circumstances favor buyers and not sellers. In other words, the opportunity to sell at a premium is gone, which is a result of both delays on AGY specifically and then the broader environment of lithium price.
