I agree with your general sentiment. We wouldn't want PLS to be distracted from what they are doing well. But it is an opportunity to expand their footprint in Australia (which I think should be core to their strategy - and agree that their current expansion plans also address this). However they can get CXO at bargain basement price. I guess the approach would be to set up a specific business unit to focus on CXO.
