An interesting detail is missing:
The ENEXD company is mentioned in UK court proceedings about so called "Missing Iranian oil rig" scam as
its owner Mr Tabatabei had "a central role" in a 87 million fraud
involving at least US$17.5 million bribery directed to managing director and his adviser in the Iranian oil drilling company.
Even a minister and former president of Iran are indicated in the scandal
