I can understand the long-term benefits of Strike & Talon merging and believe it will happen in December and I am expecting both companies SP will be more advanced by then which will help scratch my itch.
    BUT!
I still want to be involved with the Gurvantes Project which I believe is going to be a massive CSG operation and Talon hold 33% YES 33% and I do not want this given away a bargain price simply because it's too hard.
Wanted Gurvantes separated long time back and wanted it done prior to any corporate approaches on Talon, well that hasn't happened hence this mess management now need to clean up ASAP.
I do want an independent company with its own management structure setup, and I do want my in-specie shares and I am prepared to take the risk.
Also obviously need the new company to have sufficient funding to enable it to establish its existence., seems $850,000 is a bit light but that is what has been reported and probably what it will get.
No doubt new company will experience plenty of pressure and plenty of SP volatility, but I don't underestimate the interest that this new separate entity can attract.
Gurvantes is a CSG project, and it will be a wait for maturity, but it is growing up fast and I don't want in 5 years to reflect - You know we once actually owned 33% of that but it got sold off because it was in the way. I'm hoping Talon management have the same expectations for this project as I do and I'm hoping that they also want shares in the new entity.
The Gurvantes Project set up separately, I believe is a very attractive longer proposition and can survive, and the longer it does, the greater the value will be. What 33% of Gurvantes is valued at now and what it will be valued at in December 2023 and then Dec 2024 onwards is a bit mind boggling and I want in, and I will wear the risk.
Set this up Talon and then there will be an acceptable ending to this proposed merger and very possibly a masterstroke in the making.
We mustn't get sloppy with the merger transitioning.
My opinion only, but don't underestimate this project and what it could evolve into!

    GLAH.
