IMO i many areas with women occupations positions when they get to managers they simply employ women.

Most of the teachers these days are women , the girls do better at school, and when they get into acounting and lawyer type roles they empire build and look after their gender particularly in the public service which is a law under themselves.

The PM poll is a further extension of this.

I dont have kids , did intend to, but I sensed something rotten 20 years ago and resisted temptation before I knew all the facts. These days I am not bothering in the pointless exercise and I feel sorry for the kids of today that will be forever slaves of the future control social systems from their older generations!
