I wouldn't try and compare or worry about Varadero nobody is going to build a pipeline and drill horizontal wells in block nine to move this heavy crude. The logistics vs the value is in a future I can't actually see as Russian/Venzuelan oil they can source for a discount is probably cheaper to import than build a pipeline and refine such heavy crude.
The Goal is now A3 think around these levels that it maybe a good punt from here even as a lead up to the drill or whilst drilling for a free carry
